Below the facilitators & staff of CLCI talk about & give tips on how to thrive during the COVID-19 pandemic & class updates.
Empowered and Aspiring coaches, we want to first say that we hope you and your loved ones are safe & well. We empathize with the concern and fear surrounding COVID-19. Concern for our health, the well being of those around us, our quality of life and our economy. We as a business after a lot of careful thought & discussion have chosen to postpone classes until April 8th. Many hotels and flights have been cancelled and it just is not feasible at this time to hold classes until after April 8th.
This is NOT a cancellation. It is simply a reschedule and the circumstances are well outside of our control. We ask for your continued patience & reassure you that we will be offering alternate dates in your city for those whose classes we have had to reschedule.
We are offering for the first time an online 3-day course, it is the same education and hours you would be getting in the in-person class done via Zoom Meetings. The class will be held:
Level 1 Online Webinar
April 3-5, 2020
Below are a list of dates the postponed classes were rescheduled to:
New York March 20-22 will now be held June 26-28, 2020
Raleigh, NC March 27-29 will now be held June 26-28, 2020
San Diego March 27-29 will now be held July 31 - August 2, 2020

If your class was rescheduled we will be in contact soon. Please have patience as we call everyone. If you want to speak to us sooner please email us at:
Email will be the most effective way of reaching us at this time.
We understand there is a great deal of concern and in many cases panic around COVID-19. We want to ask everyone to take a deep breath & to assist in relieving some stress & concern for those who will be attending in-person classes we want to remind/inform you of the following:
Our classes are held in private rooms in the hotels (not with the general public)
The hotels are taking safety precautions to ensure the cleanliness of each room
Our class size does not exceed 25 people
We are abiding by social distancing guidelines and have ensured in every class that there is more than 6' of space between each student.
The rooms will be equipped with sanitizer & have been disinfected
There will be no sharing of paperwork or handheld items
No one will be sharing a desk or table space during the class
Our facilitators are in good health & have not traveled outside the US in the last 28 days and have been maintaining the rules of social distancing and personal quarantine
There are bathrooms near every class for easy hand washing access
We remain up to date and informed on the details surrounding COVID-19
We take the safety & health of our students & staff very seriously
We ask that anyone who has traveled outside the US in the last 14 days & anyone who is feeling anything less than 100% healthy to reschedule class at no charge.
If anyone arrives at class and is showing symptoms of any type of illness we will ask them to leave the class immediately and retake it when they are well at no additional charge.
If it is revealed that anyone may have been exposed to COVID-19 and has attended class we will ask them to leave immediately and retake the class when they are well at no additional charge.
We take the health and safety of our students and facilitators very seriously
Keeping the above in mind we ask that everyone consult the CDC guidelines to prevent the transmission of the virus prior to attending class. If you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus or have possibly been exposed, please stay home and rest. You may reschedule your class by filling out a Date Change Request Form.
We understand the concern regarding COVID-19, therefore there will be no penalty for reschedule. For those who are in need of rescheduling we have class dates listed through the end of the year here. And we will be releasing next years dates as soon as possible. We are also exploring the possibility of an online option, and we will keep you updated of any changes or developments as things progress.
Here are some helpful links on how we may all prevent the spread & protect ourselves from COVID-19.
We are all learning to navigate the concerns that arise as a result of COVID-19 and we will do our best to keep you informed and will make you aware of new information as soon as we have it. We wish everyone & their families health, strength and safety and we are available to answer any questions if needed via phone: 7146096370 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
