Digital badges are simple, trusted, and verified.
NOW INTRODUCING DIGITAL BADGES
Certified Life Coach Institute (CLCI) now offers digital badging to ALL past and future students! This brand new service is provided by our digital credential provider Credly.
Before, your Coaching 101: Certified Life Coach or Coaching 102: Master Certified Life Coach certificate was only in paper or PDF form. While it's awesome to hold a tangible certificate in your hands, a piece of paper can only represent a fraction of the information a digital badge can.
Certified Life Coach? Master Certified Life Coach? ICF accredited? All of this information and what it actually means isn't readily available to potential clients and employers through paper certificates alone.
Now through digital badging you have concrete evidence of what a CLCI Alumni has to do in order to earn their certification, the date the certificate was earned, and what exclusive knowledge & skills you possess.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) has gone digital and we wanted to make sure CLCI stayed on the cutting edge of coaching and offered our students the most value possible. So as you go on to earn your ACC, PCC, or MCC, all your credentials will remain on one intuitive platform.
Have clients on the fence or skeptical family members? Our badges will tell them in full detail what earners do to become certified and the standards CLCI aligns themselves to.
ACCESSING YOUR DIGITAL BADGE
Digital badges are user-friendly and designed to be easily shared! Beginning July 21st, 2021 all current CLCI Certified and Master Certified Life Coaches will be invited to accept their digital badges.
Here's how to accept and share your badge(s):

You will receive an email from admin@credly.com notifying you of your new badge. Be sure to check your spam box, as well!

Click the “Accept Your Badge” Button

If this is your first badge through Credly, you will be guided through steps to create an account. If not, sign into your Credly account to claim your badge.

You will be linked to a page where you can accept your badge. Please click on the “Accept Badge” button.

Immediately, your “Badge Settings” should pop up on your screen. Allow your page to be displayed publicly so others can see your achievement.

Now, you can explore the options to share your badge with others. On the “Share Your Badge” page, you will see a bar of social media websites, asking you to connect. Please connect to the social media channels you would like to use to share your digital badge.

Once connected, you and your peers will be able to view your digital badge!
Sharing Badges
Be sure to post your newly issued badges on Indeed, Twitter, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Or place it in an email signature or embed it on your website!
Every badge will link back to the Credly platform and contain all that valuable metadata.
