West Coast: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Mountain: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Central: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
East Coast: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
Classes are held via Zoom Meetings for 3 consecutive days either
Friday-Sunday or Tuesday-Thursday

The course is $1295.00 paid at the time of registration.
Enroll Now, Pay Later Financing
We offer a complimentary service which allows students to choose a register now pay later option. This option is available to all students who register for a class 3 weeks or more in advance . You may choose
We offer in house financing which allows students to choose a Register Now Pay Later option. This option is available to all students who register for a class 3 weeks or more in advance . You may choose this option on your registration form. If chosen a non-refundable $295 deposit will be collected at the time of registration. The remaining $1000 will be collected at the 3-week payment deadline OR you may call 714.609.6370 to set up a payment plan. All payment plans & financing will be charged a $39 service fee plus 6% interest on the remaining balance.
Payment plans are allowed a SINGLE DATE CHANGE which will defer payment ONE TIME ONLY. There are NO REFUNDS for students who defer payment using a date change request.
3-Week Deadline Policy
When you see phrase the 3 week-deadline we are referring to 3 weeks prior to the class start date (which is a Friday). At the 3 week deadline all balances will be charged to the provided method of payment.
There is a 3-week payment deadline for cancellations. There are no refunds of the $295.00 deposit at anytime and no refunds for cancellations made after 3 weeks prior to the class start date. All payments must be made in full at 3 weeks prior to the class start date, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after the 3-week payment deadline.
Cancellations prior to the 3 week deadline will be refunded less the $295.00 deposit amount. We will hold the $295.00 as a deposit for 12 months to go towards a future class date.
Date Change Requests:
We do accommodate class date change requests. Date change requests may be granted so long as there is space available in the requested class. We require a 1-week minimum notice prior to the class start date to make a change. There is a $50 reschedule fee for any date changes so long as you have not selected a TBD date. You will be charged with no refunds 3 weeks before the date of your class booking. Payment may be deferred to the requested class date so long as it is prior to the 3-week payment deadline.

We will hold a deposit for a class without a chosen reschedule date for 12 months. If the class is not rescheduled within 12 months of when the deposit was given it will be forfeited.
All changes in payment methods must be given 3 weeks prior to the class.

Photo & Video Release
All students will be asked to sign a photo and video release form at the start of each class. This is so that we may photograph, video, audio record, and document our courses. We use the photos, interviews, and recordings on all forms of media to include but not limited to the internet, social media, print media, websites, and radio as well as for our own reference archives.

Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form
All students will be asked to sign an accident waiver and release of liability form at the start of the class and must sign this form in order to participate in the class. This form will be provided in your homework as well so you have ample time to review the document and contact us if you have any questions. If there is a date requested for classes that have already reached maximum capacity, you may request to be put on a waitlist using the request waitlist form.
