The package deal includes both courses for 1995.00 to be paid in full at the time of the first class registration.
There are no refunds for cancellations
TBD Date Choice:
Because Level 2 is new to our curriculum and we want to give our alumni a chance to take advantage of our introductory special we have included a TBD date choice in the class list. If you choose TBD you may put your deposit down now and you have up to 12 months to choose a class to take. The remaining balance to be paid in full 3 weeks prior to your class date or when you register. Class choices subject to availability.
Date Change Requests:
We do accommodate class date change requests. Date change requests may be granted so long as there is space available in the requested class. We require a 2-week minimum notice prior to the class start date to make a change. There is a $50 reschedule fee for any date changes so long as you have not selected a TBD date.
Photo & Video Release
All students will be asked to sign a photo & video release form at the start of each class. This is so that we may photograph, video & audio record, and document our courses. We use the photos, interviews, and recordings on all forms of media to include but not limited to the internet, social media, print media, websites, and radio as well as for our own reference archives.
ANY PICS AND VIDEO WILL BE USED FOR CLASS PHOTOS, PROMOTIONAL, ARCHIVAL & HISTORICAL PURPOSES & IN ORDER TO LEGITIMIZE AND VERIFY OUR ACCREDITATION. We will not be modifying any photos & signing the release is optional.

Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form
All students will be asked to sign an accident waiver and release of liability form at the start of the class and must sign this form in order to participate in the class. Financing on the Prepaid Package
Please call 714.609.6370 to set up a payment plan. All package payment plans will require a non-refundable $495.00 deposit & will be charged a $39 service fee + 6% interest on the remaining balance. The full cost of the package/tuition for Level 1 & 2 must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to the first day of level 1. If the full amount is not paid 3 weeks prior to class the student will be charged the full $995 for Level 1 & the full $1295 for level 2, forfeiting the package deal pricing.
In the event of non-payment. Only students who have paid a minimum of $995 will be allowed to attend Level 1, and the remaining full price balance must be paid before attending Level 2.
Refunds for Financing
There are no refunds on payments collected for prepaid package plans.
Cancellation for Financing
We will hold the non-refundable $495 deposit and any payments made for 12 months. Students have 12 months to register for a Level 1 class and all payments made can be applied to that class. We do not keep track of payment information for longer than 12 months.
