PRE-PAID COACHING 101 & 102 PACKAGE

Virtual Class Times (US Based):
PST: 7:00 am to 3:45 pm
MST: 8:00 am to 4:45 pm
CST: 9:00 am to 5:45 pm
EST: 10:00 am to 6:45 pm
Classes are held via Zoom Meetings for 3 consecutive days either Friday-Sunday or Tuesday-Thursday
The package deal includes both courses for 1995.00 to be paid in full at the time of the first class registration.
All students must be paid in full before attending class
Note: Date choices will also be on the registration form or you may also check the class calendar in the bottom right corner of your screen.
There are no refunds for cancellations of the package deal.
Enroll Now, Pay Later Financing
We allow students to choose a register now pay later option. This option is available to all students who register for a class 3 weeks or more in advance.
You may choose this option on your registration form. All package payment plans will require a non-refundable $495.00 deposit that will be collected at the time of registration. The remaining $1500 will be collected at the 3-week payment deadline OR you may call 714.609.6370 to set up a payment plan. The payment plan must be completed 3 weeks prior to the start of your Coaching 101 class. All students must be paid in full before attending class. All payment plans will be charged a $39 service fee + 6% interest on the remaining balance.
If the full amount is not paid 3 weeks prior to class the student will be charged the full $995 for Coaching 101 & the full $1295 for Coaching 102, forfeiting the package deal pricing.
In the event of non-payment. Only students who have paid a minimum of $995 will be allowed to attend Coaching 101, and the remaining full price balance must be paid before attending Coaching 102.
Please call 714.609.6370 or email email@example.com. to set up Register Now, Pay Later financing balance payments. Otherwise you will be auto-charged 3 weeks prior to class.
Refunds for Financing
There are no refunds on payments collected for prepaid package plans.
Cancellation for Financing
We will hold the non-refundable $495 deposit and any payments made for 12 months. Students have 12 months to register for a Coaching 101 class and all payments made can be applied to that class. We do not keep track of payment information for longer than 12 months. If the class is not rescheduled within 12 months of when it was given the deposit will be forfeited.
Date Change Requests
*Students are eligible for a single date change request at no charge.
CLCI requires a 1-week minimum notice prior to the class start date to make the complimentary change, without exception.
There is a $100 reschedule fee for any date change request that either:
Is not your first date change, or
Falls after the one-week deadline prior to your class date.
Rescheduling both classes on one form will only count as a single request for the purposes of determining eligibility for the complimentary date change.
Date change requests may be granted so long as there is space available in the requested class.
If you have chosen the “Enroll Now, Pay Later Financing” option, payment may be deferred ONE TIME ONLY to the requested class date so long as the request is made prior to the ORIGINAL 3-week payment deadline. All payments will be collected 3-weeks prior to the new Coaching 101 class date without exception.

All changes in payment methods must be given 3 weeks prior to your first class.
Photo & Video Release
All students will be asked to sign a photo and video release form at the start of each class. This is so that we may photograph, video, audio record, and document our courses. We use the photos, interviews, and recordings on all forms of media to include but not limited to the internet, social media, print media, websites, and radio as well as for our own reference archives.
